External CSS theme option found

I was unable to find an "External CSS theme" option under admin panel » appearance » themes. Have a screenshot?

It's in custome theme under the box you put the code in. However it can't find the page.
Copy and pasting the code doesn't work either.

yup. I tried the straight import first via admin panel->custom themes->create new theme->page name (even though that's not what the instructions say), and after it said that it couldn't be found, I tried to manually merge the "import" references together with the code following the import references and paste that into the "CSS code" field, and that does, in fact, make some changes that are similar to the theme, but it's clearly not right. (no background images, etc.)

Seems kind of busted that the theme used for the main themes.wikidot.com site can't be successfully used by, well, users looking for themes for wikidot pages…

The creator of this theme needs to fix the code because it does not work. Most people can't use it if the code does not work to display the theme created.
