Based off of the Scapes theme (which is done incorrectly).
This is just a re-upload.

This theme was made by Picklez, but was not done correctly, which led to the preview to show the default blank preview instead of the theme. This page, like said before, is a re-upload to let users easily copy the theme’s address and use it.
